Default Anyone ever had this happen?

Has anyone ever had the electrical system take a **** after changing a blinker bulb? I don't know if it is a loose wire or what, but the car has absolutely no power going to it. It will get it here and there, but only if the wind blows right and the stars align. Headlights came up fine, but now the won't go down, and when you try to start it, It may or may not have a split second that you can tell it is getting power from the battery. Battery is new. Only about six weeks old. Nothing will turn over either. Not sure how else to explain it.
