what is it?

making a shift lever for someone, want to confirm the thread prior to cutting it.

was told 9/16-18

I think its a M16x1.5 metric

edit: unless vette is different from a camaro

M16x1.5 is the tread for 4th gen f-bods....and the c5 is different, according to thunder racings MBA **** description it is a 9/16 thread but thats all it says....

just found it on zo6vette.com, they say 9/16 x 18 so you were correct

thanks guys...i threaded it 9/16-18.....i guess i'll find out when the guy tries it on his shifter.
