Default Starts in first gear (foot off of clutch pedal)???

After a year of working on my project car, I finally got it running. After driving less than a mile from my house, one of my oil lines managed to rub against my longtube headers, and explode (my fault for not routing them properly). Anyway, after fixing the problem, the car is now unable to be put into any gear while the car is idling. While removing the headers (to get to my oil lines) I accidentally bumped the clutch line. I didn't think nothing of it since it was slight. Can that slight bump have damaged my slave cylinder and cause the problems.

Anyway, here are my symptoms. Maybe one of you can help me diagnose the problem.
1. Able to shift into all gears when car is turned off.
2. Now able to start car in first gear (with foot off of clutch pedal)...
3. Bled MC and Slave cylinder like twenty times. Used both traditional method of bleeding as well as the Mityvac.
4. The pedal is stiff and not spongy, and I can hear the pressure plate being pushed in when I depress the clutch pedal. The pedal does not stick to floor.
5. DTC errors:
P0803 1-4 Upshift (Skip Shift) Solenoid Control Circuit Malfunction
P0804 1-4 Upshift (Skip Shift) Lamp Control Circuit Malfunction
6. Mods are: brand new Spec III+ clutch & flywheel, new Wilwood MC, New OEM SC, new OEM pilot bearing.

If you start it in gear does it move or try to move, or is the clutch released?

The car does not move or try. My foot is completely off the clutch pedal when I tried doing this in first gear. Crazy me even tried it with the tranny in reverse (foot completely off of clutch pedal).

OK, so sounds like those codes are telling you you also fried the harness to the trans solenoids. Disconnect them, make sure it shifts OK and then find your wiring problem.

I disconnected the solenoid. I still have the same problem.

Is it possible that my pressure plate broke after driving it for less than a mile? Or do I have a defective or mis-sized pressure plate from Spec?
