General Maintenance & Repairs - Need to replace this hose connector, but not sure what it is? Pics attached

Hi -

Does anyone know where I can buy a piece to replace this one pictured? Or what it's named so I can ask the dealership for one? I've had no luck at Napa, Autozone or O'reilly's.

It connects from the side of the intake, as pictured.

You can use a regular 3/8" fuel hose. Just cut it to have the same length.

Yes I'd use 3/8 hose also. That part probably costs $20+ at the dealer.

actully it comes with the whole PCV system that you have to buy as a set. it's $75 with a $30% discount. Ask me how I know. :D Better off buying the 3/8 hose.
