The F1 and F-1A are the ones that have the same volute diameter as the P series. These blowers are approx .38 longer, and some people report having to do a little grinding to get them to fit on the LT1. Other people have said they bolted right up. Bob

What the deciding factor between the two? I have read the procharger site but I have already made one mistake basing my decision off of that info. What's the going rate for those bad boys?

Is it bad if I had to grind the block to get the P1 to fit?

Thanks, Bob

Grinding the block to get the F1 to fit. You'll also need to grind down the 2 veins of the ABS bracket unless you removed it already. Not much to it.
