Default problems after H/c swap

i just did my H/c swap and when im going up to a stop sign and stop and put on the brakes my car still trys to pull with the brakes on and when im driving its kinda like my cars always in cruise control i am getting a tune in a week will that fix this problem also my car is a 98 ls1 camaro A4 i put a comp 224/230 591.lift on 114 with 853 casting ported polished and milled heads and also put headers on it if you need any of this info thanks

LOL, you are kidding right? You didn't even have to say that it was an A4 and I would have known. You need an aftermarket stall converter when you put an aggressive cam in an A4. It will also come alive too. One of the single best mods you can do to an A4. Get atleast a 3000+, I'd even say 3200+ but each to his own.

Listen to the man, seriously though you obviously are mechanically inclined. Its pretty much a mandatory mod when you do a cam with an A4 or you get the dreaded cam surge. Without a stall your putting your engine out of the powerband as much as your putting it in!

Get at least a 3,000 rpm stall and don't forget the best tranny cooler money can buy and you will be ready to rock and roll!

This has to be a joke.
And I agree, I'd do a better converter as the first mod to an A4.

A converter and tune should fix that problem. What that is called is cam surge. No big worry, just get a converter and a tune.

i have a converter TCI 3500 i just havent put it in but i just didnt know if that was the reason for it pulling all the time even when im doing 60
