yea im not a huge dolphins fan, but shit give the guy a chance. I mean they only lost by 3 or less in most of the games, had a team plauged by injuries, a young defense, he just needed time to get the team going.

Look at his past history with teams, tear them apart and rebuild them with proven people and in the 4th year its Super Bowl Time, proven with every team his reorged.

Well he went and stole Jeff Ireland from Dallas to be the GM. He is supposed to be the Theo Epstein of Pro Football. 38 of the 55 players of the Coyboys roster were accuired after Ireland was named VP of college and pro scouting. 12 of them are starters

Things will look good for this team if this guys as good as they say. I hope they can do something, it was real hard to watch this team this year
