Default RPM fluctuation at WOT

Not sure if this belongs to this section, but I thought of posting it here since I have a FI car. Anyway, whenever I go WOT, the RPM increases with about 200 rpm fluctuations. It does that in all gears & continues to do that until the rev limiter. I verified this visually by looking at the gauges & via HP Tuner scan log. Speedometer looks to be working fine

I recently had my diff. & tranny oil replaced, along with new plug wires & new spark plugs. Could any of those changes be some how related to the problem?

Weird, seems like it could be a transmission or converter problem to me.

Could be slipping the converter. Also could be a spark/fuel problem.

There was no change to the tune. I verified that wideband A/F ratio & timing are okay. I went from MSD plug wires to Magnacore. I also went from NGK TR6 gapped at 0.026 to another set of TR6 gapped at 0.030

It could be a tranny/converter problem, because I do feel some slight vibration in the drivetrain. Part throttle is still okay though and the car shift & converter locks just fine

Is there anyway we can isolate this problem into either a converter or transmission? Could a tranny/converter low on oil cause such symptoms?

Well, I went back from 0.030 TR6 to 0.026 TR6. I also switched from Magnecore wires back to MSD wires. There was no change & the problem is still there

Here is a sample log, Iam sorry I don't know how to make more read-able
