Default Thinking of moving to AZ

well i live in IL and today... after sleeping for the past 16 hours straight ive decided that ive had enuff of this cold dark weather. it doesnt help that i have seasonal depression and am constantly tired in the first place, but i cant stand to even walk to my car when its 3 degrees in the morning. so my question is...

where in AZ is it for the most part, sunny and warm all year round. im looking for heavily populated areas, near a highway, and low cost of living with several dealerships in the area. suburbs are preferred, but would like to be maybe 40-50 miles from major city.

Second, im a certified chrysler and GM tech, so i will need to find a good dealer to work for. any suggestions?

i envy all of you who get to wake up every morning to sun shining and warm weather. and im ready to join you ha ha. thanks!

I live in Surprise, AZ and I've got a whole chain of every dealership you can imagine right down the road from me... Cost of living is decent, and the surroundings are very clean and bright. I just moved here from San Diego 6 months ago and I love it. However I do miss the beaches in S.D.... but it's really nice here in Surprise...

I'm living in some apartments in Surprise... for like 1200 sq/ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room, patio, utility room w/washer and dryer, we pay 860/month that's including the extra we pay for having cats...

looking out my back window... it actually rained that day... but beautiful skies

Scottsdale checking in.

If you have your career nailed down you'll do fine here. I grew up in Springfield BTW.
