Default headers for a 6.0 colorado

I need pics of various headers you guys have used for your conversions. I have room but they need to turn down at the rear on the pass and drivers side. (not mid way like gtos or corvettes). pics are here http://www.v8s10s.com/colorado-ss/id7.html

You might try a set of sanderson s10 ls1 headers. They fit mine like a glove.

I'd rather have mid length or long tubes. Mustang longtubes are similar to what I need but I need them to fit the 6.0 engine.

I called Stahl headers and ordered a set of flanges, slip on collectors and u bends. if you have acces to a tig welder you can build a set of 1 7/8 headers for about 400 bucks!!

Check on www.coloradofans.com because there is a company that makes Colorado LS1 swap headers that will work for you. Do a search over there and it should come up. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the company though..

Aren't the Trailblazer SS w/ 6.0 and the Colorado p/u have the same width frame rails?? If so maybe the new headers that Kooks sells for the 2006-2008 Trailblazer SS will fit?? I'm just guessing here. I talked to the guys up there concerning my 408 stroker for my S10. I asked them if they fit the block real tight. The guy I talked to said that it was the tightest fitting 1 7/8 primary header to date for that chassis. I'm thinking of trying some here in the near future to see if they fit.

The frames are different. I Looked at the trailblazer headers . I don't think they will fit.

If you could wait a while I'm sure there will be tons of headers when the new V8 colorado's come out late in the year.
