Default How can I block off the EGR on my intake?

As mentioned in that link, use a 1 3/8 freeze plug--availably at most parts stores for $3-4. I ran one of those on my intake for close to six months before I got my LS6 intake

i think ill do it tomorow, does the ses light come on immediately?

if you want a more "factory appearance"
go with GM part #12558346
its basically a piece of metal with an O-ring on the bottom to seal the intake
i was told it was originally made for the Hummers

btw I paid $11.32 plus tax
