I have an 02 Z28 with 27,500 miles on it. I bought it from the original owner 3 years ago with 17,000 miles on it. I have been kind to it with just normal street driving. The only mod is the skip shift I put in 3 years ago. I have noticed that in the last month, it has become difficult to shift into second gear. It will slide in okay at times, but most often it meets with significant resistance.

Anyone experience something similar or have an idea what I am dealing with?
