CARB legal turbo? Is the sts system the only turbo system that has a CARB eo, and therefore CA street legal? That would seriously limit options for we law abiding CA residents

It's only carb legal for the GTO's if I recall correctly...
But you could always disconnect your charge pipe and run it NA for inspection, just tell them you have a special turbo muffler
