Default what the hell is this noise?????

Took off the belt and noise stops. replaced both idler and tensioner pulleys, and alternator. My next guess is the water pump??? Maybe just the belt??? The belt is not cracked or showing any signs of wear. any help is apreciated!!

it is a whirring screeching noise. got a short belt to bypass the p/s pump and it is still doing it. so it has gotta be the water pump
