Default Opinion on Seats

http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku

has anyone had an experience with these seats. I just installed a rollbar with harnesses and want something nice and comfortable for a decent price. I looked at Arizen and a few others, but if these look and feel ok then im good with it. I'de rather save money and put it in the motor!!!

Arizen would definitly be my top pick, they look awesome. but as i said before i am more performance oriented and if the summits look good and feel ok, then im fine with saving money and going with them.

i got them in my car and like them alot. Although i did not get them form summit, kragens had the same ones. They are a little stiff but i really dont like soft seats so they are perfect for me. Other good thing is that they can use the stock brackets with little modifications to the seat by drilling two holes and then making a spacer and then using a bult and nut to fasten the seat to the bracket. But going this rout you will sit higher in the car. So i say go for it

Will do...I will probably wait a few months when the entire car is done. Got a really nice setup going so far. I got the wolfe 6pt bolt in rollbars with RJS 5 point harnesses, all that looks great. Black powder coated billet brackets for all the nitrous bottles, which will also be powder coated black and have a nice airbrushed paint job. I'm also gonna do a custom fiberglass center console to elimate the cupholder and ashtray and replace them with all of my nitrous switches. Here's a small taste of whats been done so far. Long way to go.
