If you plan on adding anymore power the first thing I would upgrade would be the rear end and then upgrade the clutch depending on how much power you plan on adding. With just bolt ons I have gone through 2 pinion gears. Granted the gears were 4.11s but that is just my 2cents. I know that I will be going with a stronger rear end before I go with the heads and cam. Some other folks may not have had as much trouble, but replacing rearends gets to be an expensive pain real quick. Good luck with the WS6. <img border="0" alt="[cheers]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_cheers.gif" />

A4 or M6??
autos can handle alot more than M6's since its easier on the rear.
M6's shock the rear to much and it could go at anytime.. even on 1.7-1.8 60's
A4's are usually good into the low low 1.5's

Im about to be buying a 99 WS6 and I wanted to ask you guys what kind of experiences you have had with a stock rear end (3.73). How much HP do you think it can handle and what would you reccomend replacing it with when i surpass that HP level. Thanks
