Default Ticking noise, help please

I was changing my oil today and when I turn the car on I noticed it was making a ticking noise. I can hear it real well if I put my head by my passenger fron wheel. It was a consatant tick that didn't go away and I let the car idle about ten minutes. It seemed to be ticking along with the motor but I couldn't tell when I reved cuz i couldn't heaar over the exhuast.

It's really worrying me and I have no clue what it is.

You sure it was 10 minutes, maybe less?
Did it ever go away?
It's normal for it to tick a little for a short time when you first start up after an oil change.
If you didn't this time next time fill the filter with oil first, this will get it circulating quicker.

check the back spark plug, sometimes when someone with big hands puts them in, they dont tighten them good and come loose. i thought i had lifter tick when it happened to me. i flushed like 20qts of oil thorugh motor trying to get noise to go away. ended up being loose spark plug, also check wires
