Why would traction control matter when buying an F-Body? I'm so confused, its not even funny:chug:

I'm fucking lost here.
If you're looking for an f-body why do you need an rpo code for traction control, just look to see if it has the switch for it.
Pretty simple, no switch=no traction control.
Traction control switch probably means it has traction control.
yeah but when i am looking in autotrader lets see.... 3k miles away, i can just run their vin for codes

I doubt a switch is going to stop you from inducing a contolled loss of traction, its not hard to turn it off.

If thats the case I'd want a hell of a lot more codes than just the one for traction control.
Another question: How are you running their vins and getting the codes?
Going to tell me through GM's VIS?
A VIS lists the code AND description.
It never hurts to type a few more words into your question to get more accurate replies.
And in the first place instead of typing a question and then answering it yourself theres always the 'Delete post' option, use it.
