Default which high flow cats to use

what kind or type high flow cats should i use, i am having long tube headers installed and want to know what the best bargain is and where to find them.

i've seen a lot of ppl use catco and slp hfc...why not just buy a catted y, they will have high flow cats

I have the magnaflow/carsound ceramic cats. They don't flow as well as the metallic spun cats - although their flow is more than enough for most of our cars - and they are not likely to be as durable. But they cost less than half of metallic spun ones.
