2 sets of LTFT's in autotap, which should I use?

2 sets of LTFT's in autotap, which should I use? using version 2.04, and there are 2 LTFT's for each bank, one seems to switch a more often, is the second one the average or something?
which should I use for tuning purposes?
I know ones not the STFT, becuase there are 2 sets of them as well..

Re: 2 sets of LTFT's in autotap, which should I use? I've always used the first of each and had no problems. I would like to know what the other 2 were for tho.
