Default Another cam help thread

Ok, I have a 2002 Camaro Z28. Right now the mods are as follows:

Pace setter LT's, y-pipe, Magnaflow cat-back
Auto trans: Yank SS4000
Stock rear with 3.73 gears.

The car has 89,000 miles, but it runs real good and the motor seems to be in top shape.

The heads (241's) will be coming off to replace lifters and have a valve job completed (No milling or porting).

I want to get the best bang for the buck but maintain pure streetability. It's not a daily driver nor a weekend worrior, just a cruiser that I take on long road trips and bring to the drag strip about once a month.

I was thinking about the TR CheaTR cam but the lift kind scares me at almost .630. What other cams could be of interest to me with my supporting mods? Due to the high stall, I think I would benefit from mid and top end power, but I don't want to rev real high because of the auto trans.

I have researched this a little, but I just keep going around in circles on what would be the best for me. If you could in your responses, let me know a guestimate on how much H.P. the cam choice would generate in the curve.

Thank you.

I have a nice cam grind that would get you over 400rwhp with your stock heads and have under .600 lift

400rwhp is nice, but what would the curve and torque be. Like for example if it can produce 400rwhp peak at 4000 rpm, then die off, it would not really fit my goal. Also, I would like a good amount of torque due to me not having a Honda. I should have stated this before as well, I may add a 125-150 hp shot of nitrous in the future, but I am not basing my cam on that. I would like a good h.p./tq cam with a nice curve that will benefit from nitrous as well. What is the specs on this cam grind?
