How Much Dampening spray to use?

I'm thinking about using the Cascade spray-in sound dampening material from Parts Express. Anyone have any advice on how many gallons to buy in order to cover the interrior?

I think I'm gonna order 5 gallons of cascade and if I have some left I might do my truck
