Default Lq9 mild build

Hey guys
I have read the newbie section, and i have learned alot
I know the LQ9 is a 6.0L with aluminum heads.
do all 6.0L have aluminum heads, or does Lq9 mean a 6.0 with ls6 style heads?
Are all 6.0L truck engines aluminum headed?
I am wanting to put a 6.0L in my '69 3/4 ton chevy, i just dont know where to start looking for motors, i want a 6.0, and i want aluminum heads, I plan to keep a truck intake on it, and run a mild cam. If not all 6.0's come with aluminum heads, what would be a good stock LSX head to look for?
Thank you

Early LQ4's had cast iron heads but all LQ9's had alum. heads (317 casting). Difference is LQ4's are dish top (9.4 to 1) and LQ9's are 10.0 to 1 compression. LQ9 is the better of the 2 for performance.
