Default Mafs sensor

Sorry for the noob question but this thing is really in there. I have tried everything. I can twist it but not pull it out. Any secrets?

Spray a little wd40 in between it and the hose and carefully use a small screw driver and pry between the hose and MAF around until the seal breaks then it will slip right off.

actually its from the lid and the mafs
