crank pully
how often if ever should this be replaced?
I have a98 TA and in 02 it was replaced because the rubber O-ring was half gone and it's was in stoage form 03-Sep.07. When its running and you look straight down at pully I have aslight wobble that gets less with RPM. the O-ring is looking a little old with some deteriation.
Should I change it?

ok...stock or aftermarket???
I'm running a stock motor and don't see myself getting the H/C package now that I have a newborn...
I ask because, is aftermarket worth the extra cash when it comes to durability and life span?

I would just get another stock one. You won't feel much of a difference w/ an UD pulley and slowing down your accessories to free up a little more hp is not worth it IMO.
