Question please help with bose system

hey guys im going to be working on the system in my 2004 escalade ext.
right now i have 2 10's in a under seat box and a memphis 500d amp.
i have a spare set of mb quart componets that i would like to put them in my truck. i know the factory bose amp is in the console between the front seats.
can i just replace the front bose speakers with my mb quarts? like the woofer and tweeters in the factory pillar location? i have been thinking about geting a factory integration box like the jl audio clean sweep or memphis also has some thing simular. it tie's in the the factory wireing from behind the radio or at the factory amp and lets me install an aftermarket amp useing the stock radio. i know the mb quarts are 4ohm and are probly more efficient so im thinking the bose is also 4 ohm. help me out guys. i would like to try just replaceing the speakers for now then in a few months i might go with a new amp and the box like i said.
