Default Head Gasket Question.

So... I am in the process of putting on LS6 heads, that are said to raise the compression some. They sent me a set of Stock style carbon head gaskets and one is pretty messed up from shipping. In the near future, there might be a 125 shot of juice, and I dont want a head gasket failure to be the next mod..... Any suggestions on a durable gasket, that will hold up to say, 500 BHP, Spray, and keep the compression ratio close to the same....

Well I have a heads and cam set up I put on the ls6 style heads and went with the Fel-pro 4100ths gasket to bump the compression in theory. But I'd go with the newer style GM ls1 gasket its their steel they will work fine. I have a set of them right here too brand new in the package I just ordered the wrong ones on accident the stock gaskets are a little thicker and I havent sent them back yet. E mail me if you would like to buy them off me ripkej77@hotmail.com.

The GM performance ones? Stainless steel... I have been considering those... Where are you at?
