Default A poll on Drag Radials

Which is the best drag radial for me with 17" rim, stick shift, 385rwhp with .430 gears.

Mickeys are about the only thing that MIGHT hook with that power and gear.

I'd disagree. You'll shock those tires with a 4.30 gear and your launches may be inconsistent. I'd run a hoosier drag radial because of the softer sidewalls they have. That will help with the shock of a hard launch. Just make sure you are ready to do a rearend if you have your stocker still in place (guessing you don't with 4.30s).

A biasply ET street or Hoosier QTP DOT will do even better than these with a 6 speed if you go that route. Just keep in mind that all of these I listed won't last you long on the street nor do well in bad weather.
