So my z28 will soon have a mild h/c 383 lt1 (lt4 hotcam) and possibly a 150-200 shot later down the road. What size stall would be best for a car that will get its fair share of runs down the track as well as a some street time? It doesn't have to have the best manners, but I would like some streetability.

You will receive lots of suggestions for 4,000 rpm converters. I see as many come out as we put in. That's just an observation.

I like to see guys keep it somewhere in the 2800 - 3600 with the stroked engines. That allows plenty of driveability and usually tight enough for a healty shot of N2O.

If you would like to discuss it in detail, call me tomorrow.

There are lots of good sponsors on this board that can help you. I went with Edge Converters and Andre had great customer service. All of the stall converters that he sells are custom built to your application. I dropped 3/10's in the 1/8th mile and the street manners are excellant!

Yep, there are several sponsors here that build custom converters to your specific needs.

We do.

Take a look at this recent thread I posted if you have not seen it already.
