Default Calling all Fikse owners

I recently bought some fikse fm10's from a member on here. The wheels are in perfect condition and the transaction went smoothly. However, the owner mentioned something to me while I was asking questions and now I am scared. He said that the front wheel will rub a little bit on the inside of the wheel well at full tilt. The wheels are 17x9.5" all the way around and I do not know the offset. I called fikse and they do not have the offset in their records, they could only confirm that they built them. My question for you is do your wheels rub at all in the front? I just want to know if I should buy tires and mount these bad boys or possibly sell them to a vette owner(if they are vette offset).

Here is a thread with the wheels on his old car. . . .there are pictures at the top and some more about halfway down:

Thanks for the help guys.

My Fikse's are 17x10's in the front and they do rub at full tilt, and really only at full tilt. Its not really an issue to me at all, and I hardly ever lock the steering wheel out to turn. I wouldn't sweat it man. Also, every authentic Fikse wheel has a serial number inside the hoop and sometimes on the face (mine are on the face), you can call Fikse and make sure they are authentic that way.

Mine rub alittle on the front part of the fender well at full lock, but like said above it is really not a big deal. Also it's well worth it because of how well the offset fit's our cars.

My friend picked up some OEM WS6 wheels with 275's all the way around and even they leave just the slightest rub mark when when wheel is at full tilt, I would not worry to much.

Mind rub a little, you never hear it or feel it. It does absolutely nothing to the tire either. The tire ever so slightly rubs the black plastic wheel well liner at full turn.

I enlarged and circled the area.

Both of my Camaros with 9.5" wide front Fikse's do this. Doesn't bother me.

Oh and Fikse specifies a 38 mm offest for their 9.5" wide wheels for F-Cars.

i think my chrome ss 10 spoke wheels do this as well, it only happens when i back out of the drive way because i have to cut it hard. do all 275s do this my stock 245s never did. they did it on my buddies car i bought them from too. he was relieved it did it on my car too he thought someting was just wrong with his car!

Hell I have a very small spot on mine from the stock rims/tires. I'm guessing this happened after it was lowered.
