Default 00 silverado

I was wondering if an aftermaket twin intake for a corvette would work on a 2000 with the 5.3 silverado and if so would the mass air flow sensor be ok to go on the end of the tb?

I have actually come across a couple of modified vette in the last year that have had problems with intakes like this once they get to around 400rwhp , I think it is due to eventually one filter flowing more than the other and the air flow favoring one side of the MAF sensor causing all kinds of tuning issues . So , based on experience , I would advise to stay away from anything like this design no matter what you got goin on , just my .02 cents .
