Default At what point is viper input shaft needed?

What power level is the viper input shaft needed? Have a t-56 w/ text oz700 clutch, drill mod.

Have billet slider keys for 3-4, bronze fork pads, and the stronger 3/4 shift fork.

Setup for this year will be: Cam + Boltons ls1 w/ 150 shot.

Will the stock input shaft hold? What kills them?

As said above, how hard you launch the car and what kind of tire you use will determine what T-56 internals you need. I don't see many shafts broken, but they do happen.

For your mods, you're off to a good start. You should be fine for a while.

We did ours when we started launching at 6800rpms and shifting at 9800rpms I usually recommend it over 700rwhp, 3800lbs or more and clutch dumps of 6500rpms or more. It is just good insurance.
