JESEL Rockers Opinions on these? I searched but I didn't know if these were an older or newer version.

I tried finding the link on a site sponsor but couldn't find a good picture.
They are the non adjustable 1.7 ratio replacement. Do you have to modify the valve covers? Will the pushrod lenght change? The part number is 307070.
