I'd believe 10-15 HP, and about the same in torque. My dyno went up from 298HP to 306HP and 315ft/lb to 325ft/lb but at the same time I went with a heavier LS7 clutch which lost me some torque and HP.
In a nutshell, it's worth it. The gains will be higher if you factor in cam/headers/heads etc over a LS1.

As a good rule of thumb of MOST LS1's, the only ways to get 100 rwhp with one mod are nitrous, turbo or a supercharger. A cyclone, turbonator or strategically placed racing stickers will also net just short of 100 (HAHA!).
In all seriousness, you should see around 10 - 15 rwhp from swapping to the LS6 intake and the bulk of the gains are going to be up higher in the powerband.
