Fueling & Injection - fuel rail and coil pack question

Im building my ls1 from the ground up to do a swap into a 94 camaro... i was given a 97 corvette fuel rail and rail covers and i bought coil packs that are mounted on the one long rail... the fuel rail intake and return port hits the coil packs now and seems like it will not bolt up to the intake... do i need different coil mounting brackets or what am i missing??

The coils and mounting bracket are aftermarket... They almost look like they sit to high on the valve cover... any ideas??

can you spacer the rails ,i believe theyres a kit for that

ok so my guess is that a 97 vette fuel rail will not work on a 99 motor?? is that right?? ANYONE??

They are truck coils that is why they hit the rails.
