Default i have 2 oil pumps, which do i use?

i just bought an ls6 long block to replace my blown ls1. im also installing a g5x3 in the ls6. i have a ported tsp ls6 oil pump on my ls1. should i take it off and put it on my new ls6 or should i just use the new stock ls6 that came with the block? i dont know if maybe both have certain advantages because i heard higher oil pressure robs some hp. so assuming the stock ls6 is fine maybe id just leave it. any opinions on this?

I would rather use the ported pump, but seeing that it came off of a blown engine I would disassemble and inspect before using. If there's nothing wrong with it, use it.

The best option would be to port the new pump and use it.

No problem with using a new LS6 oil pump.
