Default Running cats and cam choice

I plan to keep the FLP cats on my car, and the Hooker catback. Should I run a cam with more exhaust duration and/or lift relative to the intake?

My guess is that you want to pass emmisions? IMO go with a TR 224/224. you should be able to squeeze by emmisions and it will have a nice lobe with a 112 lsa. it also has a great mid range power band! hope this helps!!
