Wondering what the census is on the brand and temperature of spark plugs you guys are using with big boost?

The vast majority of people here are runnign TR-6s.

TR-6 with "big boost" ??

Are you sure ? I thought most were on 7's or 8's at that level ?

LOL, I totally missed that part of it. I guess it depends on what big boost means. I know a fair number of people pushing 800 rwhp with TR6s.

What about NGK iridium? which ones are good for boost?

You guys need to be more specific on what "boost" and "big boost" is. It is relative for sure.

Last time out, I used NGK BKR8IEX ( or EIX cant rem...same thing anyway ) and these were in fact reccomended by NGK themselves.

TR8's here running only 7 #'s atm the part throttle response was WAY better than with the TR6's

tr-6's hear. car will be at 7-8 psi. Not sure how they will be, but were recommended to me by many.

Im using tr6s gapped at .025. No problems yet.

"TR7"s gapped at .025" for 3 years now on 15psi, I've tried the TR6s and I couldn't get it to run decent with them. Change my plugs once a season (7k miles)

tr6's at 700-750whp seem to work really well for me.
