Default LS2/2004R/Gbody

hey first, i'm new to the forum........what's up! as my screen name suggests i have an 81 cutlass supreme. i just started looking at putting an LS-2 into my G-body, and i'm wondering how the TV cable for the 2004R will work with the LS-2 electronic gas pedal??? will i have to run an LS-1 throttle body and computer??? am i better off getting the corvette tranny???

sorry if this was already covered in another thread.

thanks for the reply. sounds like the best option could be to get the 4l80e tranny with the engine, if it's not cost prohibitive. i'm planning on going salvage for the drivetrain. from the sounds of those threads, a solution to the VSS problem with a 2004R has not been solved yet? have you started your swap yet?
