04 Zo6 swap into 04 Z71?

04 Zo6 swap into 04 Z71? Does anyone know if this is even remotely possible? My 2004 Z71 5.3 has a tick in the motor that comes and goes (if you turn the motor off and wait about 10 seconds and turn it back on, it goes away) and I found a 04 LS6 rebuilt minus intake, valve covers, and oil pan. Any chance of swapping the 2? thanks
