Its the wire harness that plugs in by the back left side of the car, feeds to the back of the car and has the wires that holds the tail light bulbs, tail light blinker bulbs and tail light parking lights. I say 98+ as it accepts the newer tail light bulbs with the black plastic connectors and not the older ~97 fbody metal tail light bulbs.
