Hey all,
I have had this problem for a while now, and I figure that it is a good time to see what it is, as my car is hitting 80,000 miles. When I start my car cold in the morning while it is 30 degrees, I hear a sucking sound that sounds like its the PS pump or the water pump. It only happens when its cold and it lasts about a minute. Anybody know what this is?

I would also like to state that this has nothing to do with the normal AIR pump noise that happens at all temps.

Probably just the IAC opening up farther then usual due to the cold. They tend to do that especially if you have a lid and or ram air you may be able to hear it a lot more
