long tubes,ory,lid,with a good tune is worth about 40rwhp over stock,we usually get in the 330 range

who's headers? Hooker LT's on a engine dyno only made like 15trq/17hp over factory mainfolds.

If you wanna make the most power out of a new header purchase man, theres 2 companys I recommend: QTP and ARH.
