well ive searched and im trying to get an idea of what all ima need for the swap. my car is a 96 formula m6, and of course im looking to switch to a lsx(blown headgasket, oilpump drive, bad cam bearing etc. lt1 motor needs rebuilt/replaced) so i believe ima need to get some mounts, but where can i find them? and i hear my tranny wont work, so i blieve ima need to get a 4l60e to mat onto he 6.0, any body modifications ima need to do? and with the harness, which harness do i need to modify and what modifications need to be done?? im getting the motor for around 900 with the ecm and harness, but im lookign to get everything done for around 2000. lmk if you guys have any info...

You need to change the K member also, (or weld the LS stands to your LT K). Look in the stickies, or search for "magnus". he did a swap write up. Biggest pain is the wiring but Speartech makes a harness, I think...

i have a tubular lt1 k... maybe ill just look into an ls1 k. i am actually viewing magnus' site now, can i ask those who have done it, what all needs to be done to the harness?

and can i use my lt1 t56 if i change the input shaft/bellhousing or do i need to switch?

and as far as my fuel system goes, do i need to upgrade, or can i keep my stock tank and what not?? the new motor will be recieveing upgrades soon after the swap, but i gotta get it running right initially...
