Where can i get a cut out cap?

My dad seems to have "missplaced" his cap so we need a new one. Where can we buy one?

I'd go to the local high school auto shop class with a collector gasket that fits and ask them to make one for you.

Just make one! Just get some metal, a grider, drill, and trace the shape, and cut! Then drill the holes!
