but i mean whats the point of doing something like that i mean whats to benefit them? because the only way i would've bought it is if i could look at it then give them cash when i get the pinkslip and keys

well they will tell you something in the email that send them the cash so it can be yours for sure and some even say they will get a company to ship it to you.
