Exclamation '99 Z/28 modifications... Is this a nice build up so far?

I'm looking at a '99 Z/28. Here's what it's already got, and at the bottom is supposedly it's best run...

I'm looking for input as to if the aftermarket parts already on this are any good, as I've never heard of a couple of the brands. (I'm a Camaro noob, I own a lifted Wrangler and my passion is off-roading, but I think I've found a good deal on this Z/28)

Anyways:

'99 Camaro Z28

Automatic trans, T-Tops, white exterior with 17" black corvette wheels, SS spoiler, and black tail panel.
grey or charcoal leather interior.
currently it has 83,xxx miles on it.
options are: PM, PW, PS, CC, AC, tilt, Pioneer CD, Eclipse speakers.
it has the basic intake and exhaust mods consisting of:
"Ti-Tech" coated Edelbrock Victor race long tube stepped headers (1-3/4" to 1-7/8") with 3.5" collector.
Edelbrock 3" offroad y-pipe.
3" SLP (2OTL) catback. sounds amazing and is surprisingly quiet at idle!
(exhaust is all done with nice stainless steel Accuseal band clamps!)
high flow SLP air lid and K&N filter.
polyurethane motor mounts.
MSD plug wires.
NGK TR55 spark plugs.
aluminum rearend differential 'girdle/support' cover.
and 3.73 gears inside the rearend.

the car is very quick, has ran a best 1/4mi with the previous owner behind the wheel, of 12.9 @ 109 with a horrible 2.0 60' time! (alot more in it for sure)
it turns heads with the way it looks, with the black wheels on it!

*Also, here are the listed problems, do you guys think they are anything tough to fix (esp. the Cats and rear axle seal... the windows I'm sure are not that bad..)

passenger window is not currently working.
drivers side windows switches are sunk into the arm rest some, however the drivers window button still works and the drivers window is functional.
front oxygen sensors (13111's) are dead.
front bumper is aftermarket and the white paint doesnt quite match the rest of the vehicle. kind of see this in the pics below.

no engine leaks at all, she is nice and dry under there.
she has the typical 10bolt leak/seepage in the back tho.

TIA guys!

I've been checking out this forum for quite some time, never got around to registering until now, I think I may have found a Z/28 for me.

doesnt sound bad how much are they asking for?

12.9's sound about right for the mods
windows are easy to fix i beleivve there is a write-up somewhere
have the owner grab some 02's, if possible and she'd be good to go

Good luck with the buy and welcome to LS1tech.

Yea I didn't think the windows would be too big a problem..

What do you think about the leaking rear 10 bolt? Is it common for them to just need a new seal and then it'll be leak-free?

Are the Edelbrock Victor Race LT's any good?

Thanks for the welcome, I was hoping to see some more replies on my lunch break, but maybe later I'll have some more. I've heard this is the best LS1 forum there is, so I had to register sooner or later. :p

Why was the front bumper replaced? That would be a red flag right there IMO

Apparently it was in a minor front-end collision, bumper and driver fender had to be replaced. Everything else was fine. Would that constitue a rebuilt title though? I'm guessing something else behind the bumper broke, but it's got the original engine, so that's fine and so is the frame.

I still haven't got to see it in person, the seller and I are hoping the weather clears up so he can clean it and I can check it out.
