Default ok to run this??

Any issues with running LS6 heads milled .055 with a tr224 cam and stock length 7.4 rods?

I think you better check the P/V clearance. That much milled on the heads is a candidate for fly cutting some relief’s.

Though you can a little closer, I recommend a minimum piston to valve clearance of - .080 intake and .100 exhaust.

Check the clearances definetly... you may be ok though....

I don't know how the LS6 heads compare.. but I know someone that milled his stock LS1 heads .050 and ran a Comp Cams 224/224 563/563 w/out a problem.... (he's one of if not the fastest NA stock cubic inch F-Bodies... i think his last run was 11.2 or so... )
