Seal is not replaceable, inspect it for cracks or anything that would cause a leak as it seals the lifter galleries. The bigger issue is typically wear on the plate. I just bought a timing set with a Torrington bearing for this reason. Vinci has some photo's of the wear that can occur. I am also replacing the plate. Be aware that the plate design and attachment bolts have now changed and you can't re-use your original bolts if you buy a new plate. The new plate is countersunk and the bolts are flat head.
