Dual inlet intercooler for single turbo?
I have been thinking a lot about how I want to do my intercooler setup. I really like how Superman09 did his with the outlet going straight towards the throttle body: https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...uperman&page=6
Thing is, I'm single turbo and I can't find a version of that intercooler with one inlet. I looked at getting a custom intercooler with one inlet and they want $675 .
My other option I thought about was to go with the dual inlet intercooler and make a y-pipe off the turbo. So the question is, will that be a bad idea? No issues of a pressure drop? Also, would that possible cool better than the traditional FMIC everyone does?
